Do prices listed at the Ticket Store include tax?
» No, the prices listed do not include tax. You’ll be able to see the total amount, including the consumption tax, when you reach the payment method page during the booking process.

Can I purchase tickets on the spot?

» Yes, you can buy tickets on the spot using a QR code at the event.

Can I change the admission date and time after purchasing tickets?
» No, the admission date and time on purchased tickets cannot be changed.

Children aged 0-2 years can enter for free under the following conditions:
– Entry for children is limited.
– One adult ticket allows for the registration of one child.

REGARDING ENTRY

Can I re-enter the Main Event area with the same ticket?
» No, re-entry is not allowed. Once you leave the Main Event (at Level G – Near Shinta Lobby), you cannot re-enter with the same ticket. Tickets are valid for one day, one entry, and the date specified on the ticket.
